The Planning Club was created to help adults with ADHD become better
at planning and getting things done..
You will shift from the typical reactive ADHD way of planning that involves putting out fires, and instead, become PROactive, getting things done in advance.
Aren't you tired of reacting and having to do a LOT of apologizing for your misses?
Our workshop leader has devised a method of planning for the way our brains work.
Sessions are 90 minutes long, but no need to worry about squeezing it into your lunch break. The key learnings are covered in the first 60 minutes.
