People with ADHD tend to be non-linear thinkers, often having a different way of doing things. Many have tried diaries without success, as these diaries do not have the right characteristics for an ADHD brain. This planner is designed to guide you through the steps of planning. We start with the vision for the year and gradually zoom in to your days and everything in between. It contains icons for visual learners and promotes behavioral improvement with progress tracking tools. Having your week planned out on two pages is a constant reminder of what's to come. There are also spaces for creativity. Plus, we tried to make it a little more fun than a traditional planner!
